Banana-melon smoothie.Healthy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.Rich of vitamins!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250 g) kale leaves
  • 1 cup (250 g) baby spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana,frozen
  • honey melon,cut into 12-14 cubes
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) Greek yogurt
  • ice cubes

Cooking Method

  1. In a blender,combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into cocktail glass and enjoy!
