To cook broiled lobster with garlic we'll need the following ingredients:

1. 4 Large lobsters

2. 6 Quarts water

3. 10 Peppercorns

4. 2 Bay leaves

5. 1 yellow Onion, peeled and cut up

6. 1 Celery stalk, with leaves

7. 1 large Carrot, peeled and cut up

8. 3 Tablespoons vinegar

9. 1 Tablespoon salt

10. 1 Cup lightly salted butter(or unsalted)

11. 4 Cloves garlic

12. 2 Tablespoons very fine breadcrumbs

13.1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped finely

Bring the water and the next seven ingredients which follow to a boil. When it is really bubbling, plunge the first lobster into it.When the water boils again, add the second lobster. If you don't have a very large pot, don't try to put all the lobsters in at the same time.

Cook the first two on low heat for about 15 min. Remove them and boil the remaining two lobsters. While they are boiling melt the butter slowly and add the garlic, which has been put through a garlic press.Let stand and try to remove white foam from the top.

Remove other lobsters from the water. Place lobsters on board on their backs and remove the feet from lobster tails. Cut down the middle with a very sharp knife. Remove the coral(if it is female) and mix this in a small bowl with the breadcrumbs, parsley, and 4 tablespoons of prepared garlic butter. Mix well and put it back in the space it was removed from.

Brush the tail heavily with the garlic butter and put under a very hot broiler for about 4-5 min.Serve with remaining butter in small dishes on the side. So, now you know how to cook delicious, broiled lobster with garlic. Bone Appetite
